1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website flirtstores.fr.

The website is operated by Thomas Macri, a sole trader trading under the name Flirt.

The rules governing purchases, payments, deliveries, returns and guarantees are set out separately in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Access to the website

The website is normally accessible at all times, subject to maintenance operations, updates, technical incidents or events beyond Flirt's control.

Flirt may temporarily suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website where necessary to ensure its operation, security or updating.

Flirt endeavours to restore access to the website as quickly as possible in the event of an interruption.

3. Permitted use

The website may be used to view the items offered, access information about Flirt, create or use a customer account where this feature is available, place an order and contact customer service.

Users undertake to use the website fairly, lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.

4. Prohibited uses

The website must not be used for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of Flirt, its customers, partners or third parties.

In particular, it is prohibited to attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, servers or computer systems connected to the website, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software, place fraudulent orders or use false information.

Flirt may temporarily suspend an account where necessary to investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, protect the website or comply with a legal obligation.

6. Information on the website

Flirt endeavours to present information that is accurate, clear and regularly updated.

As the clothing and accessories offered are mainly pre-owned items, each product page must be reviewed carefully to understand the item's condition, size, available measurements, characteristics and any disclosed defects.

Slight colour differences may appear depending on the lighting used for the photographs and the user's screen settings.

The contractual information applicable to an order is the information displayed and accepted when the order is confirmed.

7. Availability of items

Most products offered by Flirt are unique pieces available in a single quantity.

Viewing an item or adding it to the basket does not reserve it. The rules governing availability and order confirmation are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

8. Intellectual property

The website's content, including its texts, photographs, graphic creations, presentations, logos, visual elements, videos and general structure, is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation, publication, distribution or exploitation of all or part of this content is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Trademarks, logos and names belonging to the manufacturers of the items offered remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the website serves solely to identify and describe the pre-owned items offered for sale.

9. Content and communications submitted by the user

The user remains responsible for the information, messages, photographs or other materials they submit to Flirt.

They must ensure that these materials are lawful, accurate and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Photographs submitted in connection with a complaint, return or delivery issue are used solely to review and process the relevant request, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links or features provided by third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and social networks.

These services are operated under their own terms and policies. Flirt does not control the content or operation of third-party websites.

The presence of an external link does not necessarily constitute approval of all the content or practices of the service concerned.

An order, payment or account may be reviewed where an anomaly or reasonable suspicion of fraud is detected.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

This provision does not deprive a consumer residing in another country of the mandatory protections available under the regulations applicable in their country of residence.
