Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

Where several items from the same order are delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the final item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Before the 14-day period expires, you must send us a clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw:

by email to contact@flirtstores.fr; or
by using the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

Your request must allow us to identify your order and the item or items concerned. Please state your name, the email address used for the order and your order number.

Simply returning an item, refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel does not, on its own, constitute an expression of your decision to withdraw.

Returning items

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to send the item or items concerned to the following address:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item as part of an ordinary withdrawal. Flirt does not provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Flirt will cover the return costs where the return results from an error on our part or where you have received the wrong item or an item that is damaged or not as described.

Condition of returned items

Most items sold by Flirt are unique, pre-owned pieces.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. It must, however, be returned with all accessories and components received and must not have been washed, altered, soiled, damaged or worn beyond what is necessary for a normal fitting.

You may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Pre-owned, sale and discounted items also benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where an exception provided by law applies.

Refunds

Where your withdrawal concerns the entire order, we will refund all sums paid, including the original standard delivery charges.

Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you provide proof that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not incur any fees for you.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may then depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, incorrect or non-compliant items

When you receive your order, please check the items delivered.

If an item is damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue at contact@flirtstores.fr, stating your order number and attaching photographs where useful.

This procedure is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not limit your rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity or the statutory guarantee against latent defects.

Exchanges

As most of our items are unique pieces, we generally cannot offer the same model in another size or colour.

To choose another item, you must submit a return request and then place a separate new order.
